COMPANY POLICY
TECHNOIATRIKI’s Management Team acknowledges the important impact of its business activities (Trade, Distribution and Service of Medical Devices) in human health. In order to ensure the provision of high-level services and to reduce its environmental footprint, the Management Team:
- Ensures the availability of all necessary resources to implement and maintain a documented management system according to the international standards ΙSO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 as well as the Greek Ministerial Decree ΔΥ8δ/Γ.Π. οικ./1348/2004 for medical devices;
- Monitors, measures and evaluates the characteristics of the Company’s products and services as well as the performance of the critical processes in an attempt to achieve continual improvement;
- Considers human resources as an important success factor and the foundation for sound environmental management. Therefore, takes the necessary actions to retain and improve the competence, awareness and training level of the personnel.
- Continuously strives to respond responsibly and effectively to the requirements and expectations of the customers and invests in developing long-term partnerships with them.
- Invariably complies with its contractual obligations as well as the legal and regulatory framework that applies to the Company’s activities;
- It is committed to meeting compliance requirements, including legal and regulatory requirementrelated to environmental management.
- Continually improves the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of themanagement system and enhances its environmental performance.
- Establishes and monitors the achievement of specific quality and environmentalobjectives and reviews the present policy for continuing suitability.
- Takes all necessary measures to protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution.
